Getting Style Ready for Back to School – it’s as easy as 1, 2, 3
We all know it’s essential to be organised in order to get the children out the door with their uniforms, books, lunches and all other bits and pieces sorted and so we prepare and plan for them.
But why not do the same for you too?
By putting a little bit of thought and planning into your own wardrobe, you too can be ship-shape and ready each morning for the school drop off.
I have put together different looks to suit most people.
They are only guidelines to show how you can have one or two items which will work both for the school gates and also for work or meeting friends by adding some specific pieces and changing accessories.
The 1st Look Is A Dress.
I have chosen a flattering and pretty style from Coze di Roze which is easy to wear and translates very well from casual to work ready. The dress is colourful and patterned, so stick with block coloured accessories.
Wear the dress with flat pumps when in and out of cars and holding little hands. If it’s nippy, add a scarf or plain shrug/cardigan.
If you’re heading into work, add a blazer, handbag & change to court shoes for a perfect trans seasonal work ready look.
The 2nd Look Is More Casual.
This is good for those who like to throw on and go. I have selected a tunic style from Coze di Roze which looks good with leggings, flats or boots and a cover up of your choice.
It’s a good idea to keep one pair of well-fitting jeans or trousers to mix and match with a variety of tops.
Separates are one of the easiest and most efficient ways of dressing for lots of occasions. Dark denim is slimming and a little less casual and looks good whether they are boot cut or skinny style.
Coze di Roze have a selection of tops that will suit everyone. They look good with any shape bottoms and the patterns work well for office or home.
Use these pieces as guidelines to suit your lifestyle and taste and check out my Styling Tips page for lots of help and information.
